2. What data we process

  • Contact form: the name, email address and message you send us.
  • Email, phone or WhatsApp: the data you give us when you write to us or call us.
  • Browsing: visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie policy).

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiries and, if you ask us to, to handle orders, quotes or Agrotast Es Molinot visits. We will not send you advertising or newsletters unless you have asked for them. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form or write to us (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and, when your enquiry is about an order or a booking, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods during which legal liabilities may arise. Enquiries that do not lead to any business relationship are deleted within one year at the latest.

6. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers may access it as data processors, solely to provide their services to us:

  • Raiola Networks (website and email hosting, in Spain).
  • Google (visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies). This may involve transfers of data to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you contact us through this channel.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@esmolinot.com or at our postal address, stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and prevent its loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
